Martine Oppliger ND.A

I discovered an interest in Naturopathy at a young age, but my journey truly began with a bachelor’s degree in psychology that I obtained from Bishop’s University in 2013. Although I enjoyed learning about mental health, I found I was lacking a global vision of health, so I decided to enroll myself at l’Institut d’Enseignement en Science Naturopathique where I graduated in 2021. Since then, I have been part of the Association des Naturopathes Agréées du Québec and have been seeing clients from all walks of life. If you are ready to live a healthier lifestyle and to increase your overall health and well-being, make an appointment and I will help guide you to achieve your goals!

Skarly Nader ND

I am a certified naturopath since 2015 and have decided to pursue a further education in the domain until 2019. My final thesis was on ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, and irritable bowel syndrome. Why did I choose to study naturopathy? Simply because it has helped me make substantial lifestyle changes and make healthier choices on a daily basis. Having been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis (chronic inflammatory bowel disease), I turned towards naturopathy alongside my medical treatments. It is with open arms that I explored this path with the goal of increasing my quality of life and well-being.

Today, I would like to share my knowledge as well as my own personal experience with anyone who would like to improve their own well-being. Together, we will work on the basic pillars of health: eating habits, rest, hydration, stress management, etc. In the goal of concentrating on the causes of your health concerns and activating your self-healing powers! In order to assist you in your lifestyle changes, certain supplements can be recommended.
